The company exports its products to over 30 countries, and today it is rapidly growing one of the most promising areas – pipeline solutions for dust extraction in international markets.

We are currently recruiting a Business Development Manager to join our team, who will actively develop export markets, work with international B2B customers and contribute to product growth in Europe. This is a position for someone who enjoys international technical B2B sales, finding new customers and long-term business development.

OBJECTIVES OF THE POSITION:

  • Active search for new customers and development of export markets
  • Working with existing potential customers and contact base
  • Building long-term relationships with distributors and manufacturers
  • Preparing project proposals and coordinating technical solutions
  • Coordinating the sales process until order confirmation
  • Collaborating with customer service and production teams
  • Participating in international exhibitions and meetings with customers
  • Analysis of sales results and implementation of business development initiatives

WE HOPE YOU:

  • You have successful B2B sales / business development experience in export markets
  • You have good English skills
  • You are result-oriented and long-term cooperation oriented
  • You have experience in technical, industrial or project sales
  • Technical education or experience in HVAC is a big advantage
  • You have the opportunity to go on business trips to Europe (~1 time in 1-2 months)
