Develop and implement a strategic plan to achieve and maximize sales goals and expand the customer base, as well as maintain strong and long-term relationships with customers.
Active sales is an important part of this position. Preparation of commercial offers, negotiations and conclusion of contracts. Participation in exhibitions, business events, presentations.
Market analysis, monitoring trends and making proposals to management.
Cooperation with other departments of the company.

Employee requirements
At least 1 year of work experience in active sales (hospitality and tourism would be an advantage);
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Lithuanian and English;
Strategic thinking, result-oriented;
Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills;
Good collaboration skills, ability to work in a team and independently.
