"Mano Būstas" is expanding its sales team and invites an active sales professional to join, who will significantly contribute to the development of managed apartment buildings in Vilnius.
This is a position for someone who enjoys active sales, meetings with clients, negotiations and real results.
In this position, you will have both incoming inquiries and actively generate new sales opportunities yourself.

Nature of work:
- Active search for new clients and establishing contacts;
- Working with apartment communities, initiative groups and real estate developers;
- Organizing and conducting meetings with clients;
- Analyzing client needs and presenting solutions;
- Preparing and presenting commercial offers;
- Negotiations and concluding contracts;
- Consistent sales pipeline management in the CRM system;
- Building long-term relationships with clients.

- Category B driver's license is mandatory.
