In this position, you will have the opportunity to work with interesting customers, collaborate with different teams and directly contribute your ideas to the growth of the company.

Your main tasks
Seek new business opportunities and expand the client portfolio
Create and maintain long-term relationships with existing and potential clients
Initiate contacts, conduct meetings and present company solutions
Analyze customer needs and propose the most suitable solutions
Prepare commercial proposals and participate in negotiations
Collaborate with internal teams, ensuring smooth implementation of solutions
Plan sales activities, track goals and provide insights to management
Prepare sales forecasts, reports and market reviews
Create and maintain long-term relationships with existing and potential clients

What do we expect from you
Education and experience:
Higher education or equivalent experience
Experience in B2B sales, customer acquisition or business development
Personal qualities and competencies:
Ability to build trust-based relationships
Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills
Result-oriented, but also the ability to work in a team
Analytical thinking and the ability to make informed decisions
Initiative, independence and responsibility for results
Experience with business management systems would be an advantage
Languages:
Lithuanian - excellent verbal and written
English - good verbal and written
