AG Construction Group is a construction industry professional with a long-term and successful experience in the Scandinavian market. We are currently starting an ambitious expansion phase in the Germany, Austria and Switzerland (DACH) regions, therefore we are looking for an energetic team member who will become our "face" in these markets.
Employee requirements
Your working day: where will it all start?
Active development: searching for new business clients in the DACH region (cold calls, e-mail, use of the LinkedIn network).
Sales management: preparing commercial offers, presenting services and conducting professional negotiations.
Relationship building: developing long-term relationships with attracted clients and strengthening the company's reputation.
Strategy: participating in shaping the strategy for entering the German market.
We hope that you:
Communicate fluently in German (written and oral, at least B2 level).
Have negotiation skills and are not afraid of active sales (cold calling).
Have a network of valuable contacts (LinkedIn or other) in the German market.
An advantage is knowledge of English and experience in the construction or manufacturing sector.
