- Assistance to agricultural and construction equipment sales managers;
- Preparation of commercial offers;
- Preparation of standardized contracts;
- Issuing invoices and entering them into systems;
- Entering and updating data in internal systems;
- Organizing delivery of goods - logistics;
- Cooperation with banks, insurance companies, other institutions regarding registration of equipment;
- Administration of social networks;
- Other administrative tasks related to sales activities.
Requirements:
- Computer literacy;
- Attention to detail, responsibility and organization;
- Good English. knowledge, both oral and written;
- At least minimal knowledge of finance or accounting processes - an advantage;
- Experience in administration, sales administration or a similar position - a great advantage.
