Business Process Analyst

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Collaborate with different departments of Juodeliai (sales, logistics, etc.) to understand their needs and identify opportunities for business improvement and oversee their activities.
  • Analyze data, develop insights and clearly present results to managers and stakeholders.
  • Ensure that business processes operate smoothly, identify deviations and ensure process compliance.
  • Administer internal projects to improve process efficiency and accelerate financial flow management.
  • Develop and improve reporting and indicator monitoring systems, ensure data quality and their practical application.
  • Contribute to the implementation and use of analytics and automation tools (Power BI, MS Excel) in daily activities.

WHAT DOES IT TAKE TO BE SUCCESSFUL (-A)

  • At least 2 years of experience in business analytics or a similar field.
  • Higher education (an advantage is in the fields of finance, economics or mathematics).
  • Proactivity and the ability to delve into the company's processes and propose solutions to improve performance.
  • Communicative and the ability to effectively collaborate with various teams.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to process and interpret large data streams.
  • Excellent skills in working with MS Office, especially MS Excel and Power BI.
