About the position:

We are looking for a Business Process Analyst who will help ensure the successful implementation of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 FO) ERP system in production process chains by analyzing, optimizing and digitizing production processes, implementing and improving Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions.
In this position, you will be responsible for analyzing existing processes, creating new processes and migrating them to the ERP system, in close cooperation with all departments.

Nature of work:

  • Planning, organizing and coordinating ERP system adaptation processes from need to solution implementation.
  • Requirements analysis, specification and documentation of functional and technical tasks.
  • Participation in initiatives to increase process digitization, automation (RPA) and operational efficiency.
  • Providing initiatives to improve project and process management.
  • Closely cooperate with different departments (Production, Purchasing, Sales, Logistics, Finance) in analyzing processes and proposing solutions.
  • Organize requirements gathering, process analysis (AS-IS / TO-BE) and solution coordination, ensuring their mutual compatibility, prioritization and realism.
  • Coordinate the development of functional and non-functional requirements, assess the compliance of solutions with the needs of the company.
  • Manage the change process, assessing their impact on existing processes, and manage risks related to changes.
  • Analyze existing company processes (production, supply, warehousing, planning), identify efficiency improvement opportunities and process bottlenecks.
  • Develop requirements for the ERP system (Microsoft Dynamics 365).
  • Test solutions and ensure their compliance with business needs.
  • Train employees to work with the system.

Requirements:

  • Higher university degree in business analytics, data science, information systems or related field.
  • Experience in business process analysis (3+ years).
  • Practical experience with manufacturing, logistics and finance processes, working/implementing Microsoft D365 F&O.
  • Working knowledge of SQL, D365 Finance & Operations data entities and integrations with other Microsoft technologies.
  • Ability to model processes (BPMN or similar)
  • Experience with MS Power platform (Power BI, Power Automate or Power Apps).
  • Experience with MS Fabric, Excel Power Query.
  • Excellent English (written and spoken).
  • Diligence and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, ability to clearly explain technical topics to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience in the manufacturing sector or understanding of operational data (supply chain, manufacturing KPIs, financial indicators).
  • Understanding of manufacturing processes (MRP, planning, BOM, supply chain).
  • Analytical thinking, ability to structure information and make decisions.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team, good communication skills.

Salary

5000-6000 €/mon. gross
The salary will depend on your skills and experience.
