The essence of the position
The Business Process and Performance Indicators Engineer will analyze clients' business processes, help identify key performance indicators, evaluate their calculation logic, and ensure that the developed IT solutions meet real business management needs.
This is a position for someone who is able to talk to managers, understand the logic of operational activities, structure information, and critically assess whether the available indicators really help make decisions.

Primary responsibilities
Participate in meetings with clients and delve into their business processes in production, sales, logistics, project activities or other areas.
Analyze how clients make decisions, what data they rely on and what indicators are currently used for performance management.
Evaluate existing principles for calculating indicators, identify inaccuracies, gaps or indicators that are not suitable for decision-making.
Help clients define key performance indicators, their purpose, calculation logic and business rules.
Translate business needs into clear, structured requirements for analysts, data engineers and programmers.
Ensure that the reports, data models and analytics solutions created are understandable, reliable and useful for business management.
Collaborate with project managers, analysts, data engineers and programmers throughout the solution development process.
Contribute to change management when implementing new analytics, reporting or performance management systems.

Ability to quickly understand the logic of business operations and structure processes.

Strong communication skills and ability to work with different levels of customer representatives - from specialists to managers.
Ability to ask precise questions, clarify the essence and not get lost in uncertain situations.

Good knowledge of English.

Experience with Power BI, business analytics, ERP, CRM or other performance management systems.
