Business Process Consultant

We are looking for an experienced, business-minded consultant who understands how manufacturing, wholesale, retail and service companies operate and can help clients optimize business processes using ERP solutions.

This position focuses on business analysis, process optimization and consulting, rather than just technical system configuration or user support.

Analysis and understanding of customer operations and work processes.
Identifying inefficiencies and proposing operational improvements.
Applying best business practices across various industries and service sectors.
Conducting discovery workshops and gathering business requirements.
Translating operational needs into ERP solutions.
Overseeing ERP implementation projects from a business perspective.
Collaborating with technical teams to implement scalable solutions.
Acting as a trusted advisor during digital transformation.
Assisting with implementation and process adoption phases.

3+ years of experience in business process, ERP consulting or digital transformation projects.
Good understanding of manufacturing, supply chain, sales, warehousing, retail and service processes.
Experience in consulting customers or stakeholders on process improvement issues.
Participation in at least one ERP implementation or business transformation project.
Ability to review existing processes and provide reasoned proposals for their improvement.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and workshop facilitation skills.
Ability to independently manage projects.
Excellent knowledge of Lithuanian and English.

Advantages (not required, but highly appreciated):
Knowledge of Odoo ERP system.
Work experience in manufacturing, wholesale, retail or service sectors.
BPMN / process modeling experience.
IT project management experience.

This position is NOT suitable if:
Your experience is limited to using ERP systems as an end user.
You have not participated in ERP implementation or business transformation projects.
You have no experience in analyzing or improving business processes.

Salary from 4,300 EUR (gross), and the final offer depends on your experience and competence.
