Business Process Partner

Currently, Narbutas International is looking for a Business Process Partner who would coordinate process management issues in the assigned business area of the company.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND GOALS:

• Maintain and administer the process map architecture and other available process management tools in the company.
• Ensure compliance with the process management methodology in the company.
• Help process owners and managers identify and standardize processes, identify waste in them.
• Model process diagrams and contribute to process documentation.
• Consult, conduct training, educate company employees on process management issues and raise the company's process management maturity level.
• Participate in projects related to process changes.

FOR SUCCESSFUL WORK YOU WILL NEED:

• Have a higher university education.
• Be able to model processes based on BPMN notation.
• Be able to understand end-to-end processes, see relationships and dependencies between processes.
• Be able to coordinate different stakeholders and process participants.
• Be able to think analytically and systematize information, be thorough and attentive to details.
• At least 2 years of experience in the field of process management, including process modeling.
• Be able to work in the context of complex tasks.

ADVANTAGE:

• Be able to use a process drawing program (Aris, Magic draw, Bizagi, Visio, etc.).
• Have experience in project management.

SALARY:

Hourly wage: 18.14 - 23.81 €/hour excluding taxes.

Average monthly wage: 3026 - 3972 €/month excluding taxes, depending on the hours actually worked.

The organization applies cumulative working time accounting.

The final salary will depend on the experience and competencies.
