As the scope and organization of projects grow, process management is becoming an increasingly important part of our daily work.
Main responsibilities:
- create and improve the company's process structure, carry out process monitoring and analysis;
- coordinate and improve assigned processes in cooperation with process owners;
- implement process audit, review and improvement projects;
- create and develop a KPI system, consult process owners on performance indicators;
- organize training and initiatives aimed at process improvement.
What do we expect from you:
- higher education;
- at least 2 years of similar work experience;
- strong analytical skills, attention to detail and good time management skills;
- ability to manage, systematize and structure large amounts of information;
- knowledge of process modeling programs such as MagicDraw, Bizagi, Aris or similar;
- perseverance in achieving results.
