Nature of work
- participate in the formation and implementation of the physical security policy in the Company, organize the implementation of the planned physical security measures, prepare and improve internal legal acts;
- coordinate the Company's physical security assurance actions in cases of crises, mobilization and other potential threats;
- organize the implementation of information systems and / or solutions necessary for physical security;
- coordinate the implementation of physical security, resilience improvement projects, initiate the procurement of physical security services and measures;
- periodically assess the state of physical security, potential threats and risks at the Company's facilities, provide proposals for risk management;
- organize and conduct business / physical security table / functional exercises, training;
- ensure the permit regime, and, within the scope of competence, carry out control of contractors and other persons performing activities at the Company's facilities;
- representing the Company on issues of physical security and objects important to national security.
Employee requirements
- higher university degree or equivalent in law, management, national security, crisis management, safety engineering or similar field;
- work experience in business security, public security, physical security and other similar fields;
- knowledge of legal acts on the protection of objects important for ensuring national security, physical security, business continuity, crisis management and the ability to apply them in practice;
- organization, analytical thinking, good communication, information systematization, generalization and information flow management skills;
- good skills in working with MS Office programs;
- excellent Lithuanian and good knowledge of English (oral and written);
- initiative, receptive to innovations, responsibility, orientation towards external and internal customers, impeccable reputation;
- category B driver's license.
