Nature of work

to form a physical security policy and organize the implementation of the planned measures;
to coordinate the actions to ensure the physical security of the company - in cases of threat, crisis, mobilization, etc.;
to organize the implementation of information systems and / or solutions necessary for physical security;
to coordinate the implementation of physical security, resilience improvement projects, initiate the procurement of physical security services and measures;
to periodically assess the state of physical security, possible threats and risks at the company's facilities, provide proposals for risk management;
to organize and conduct business/physical security training, table, functional exercises;
to ensure the permit regime, to carry out control of contractors, other persons performing activities at the company's facilities within the scope of competence;
to represent the company on issues of physical security, protection of objects important for national security;
to develop and implement innovative business continuity methods, to conduct business impact, threat and scenario analysis.

Employee requirements

higher university education or equivalent;
work experience in business security, public security, physical security and (or) similar fields;
knowledge of legal acts on the protection of objects important for ensuring national security, physical security, business continuity, crisis management and the ability to apply them in practice;
organization, analytical thinking, ability to systematize and summarize information, manage information flows;
ability to quickly make and implement decisions;
excellent Lithuanian and good English language skills (oral and written);
initiative, receptiveness to innovations, responsibility, orientation towards external and internal customers;
category B driver's license;
impeccable reputation.

Offered remuneration:

2900 - 4000 EUR (taxes included), depending on competences and experience.
