We are looking for a Business Systems Support Consultant in Panevėžys or Vilnius to help ensure the smooth daily operation of business systems. In this position, you will be responsible for user consulting, incident and query resolution, ERP system maintenance, and collaboration with internal and external partners.
Your knowledge, insights, and decisions will have a direct impact on the smooth running of business processes, user experience, and the daily work of the company. This is a great opportunity to become a reliable partner for business and contribute to the continuous improvement of systems.

Main responsibilities:
- System support and maintenance: ensure smooth operation of MS Dynamics AX 2009 and MS Dynamics 365 F&O systems, resolve user queries and incidents.
- Process analysis and technical tasks: collaborate with business units, understand their needs and translate them into clear, detailed technical tasks for the development/programming team.
- Integrated external systems maintenance: ensure support for other business systems and their integrations, understand data flows and architecture.
- Change implementation and testing: test the compliance of functionalities/fixes with requirements, coordinate their implementation in the production environment.
- User education: prepare instructions, documentation and conduct training for end users.
We hope you:
- You have experience working with at least one of the following systems: MS Dynamics AX 2009, MS Dynamics 365 F&O.
- You have an understanding of financial and accounting processes and are able to easily understand how they work in an ERP system.
- You have a structured, analytical mindset, are able to independently prioritize tasks and find solutions.
- You have worked with incident or request management systems (e.g. Jira Service Management).
- You are familiar with or have worked with incident management based on Agile principles and SLA/KPI indicators.
- You have excellent communication skills, the ability to clearly and proactively consult users.

The final remuneration package is individually tailored to the candidate's experience and competencies. An annual bonus is also provided, depending on the results achieved.
