We are looking for a Business Strategy Analyst who is able to not only identify insights hidden in data, but also translate them into real business decisions and changes. In this position, you will work on projects of strategic importance and will have the opportunity to consistently grow your project management competencies.
Your responsibilities:
- Analyze business data, processes and performance indicators;
- Produce clear insights and recommendations and present them to managers and other interested teams;
- Collaborate with different business units, clarifying needs and ensuring smooth implementation of solutions;
- Contribute to the implementation of business changes, monitoring their progress and evaluating results.

- Have experience in business, strategy or performance analysis;
- Able to quickly delve into business processes, identify problems and see improvement opportunities;
- Able to work with data and turn them into clear, reasoned insights;
- Able to communicate clearly, argue your conclusions and involve different stakeholders;

- Have a strong sense of ownership: you not only identify the problem, but also move towards its solution;
- Want to grow in the field of strategic project and change management;
