Nature of work:
- Enter data into business management systems (hereinafter referred to as VVS), control and manage so that the data complies with the standards and facts. Prepare and provide daily instructions to employees of the managed process, assign employees to their jobs.
- Create, adjust product assembly specifications (KS).
- Open production cards for adjusted products VVS.
- Fill out product cards VVS according to assigned functions (packaging and logistical information).
- Create/change production standards
- Create specifications and labeling information according to the requirements of the buyer's labeling standards.
- Coordinate specifications and labeling information with vendors.
- Check the correspondence of packaging materials, raw materials and other resource write-offs with actual data, and initiate changes in recipes and production standards in case of discrepancies.
- Prepare documents necessary for the implementation of recipe changes and submit them for approval in accordance with the established procedure.
- According to the operational function, perform actions when introducing new products into production/removing them from production, ensuring that changes are made on time and in accordance with regulatory documents.
We hope you:
- you have secondary or higher education;
- you have at least 1 year of work experience in data management business systems (an advantage);
- you know the requirements of legal acts regulating office clerical work and archiving;
- you are able to plan, organize tasks, manage documents and are characterized by thoroughness, teamwork and communication skills;
- you are able to manage several tasks at the same time, meet deadlines;
- you are fluent in English (written);
- you have a driver's license, category B.
