Nature of work

The Information Systems Development Department of Lithuanian Post invites you to join the Business Management System IT Product Manager (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management (D365 F&O, D365 F&SCM):

Expected responsibilities:

  • You will develop, analyze, create, implement, improve and coordinate assigned IT products and/or systems and related projects;
  • You will be the technological owner of assigned information systems – you will take care of their operation, development and compliance with business and user needs;
  • You will plan and coordinate the development of information systems: you will form development plans (roadmaps), prioritize tasks (backlogs) and cooperate with business owners and other interested parties;
  • You will analyze, evaluate and coordinate the requirements for system development and changes, ensuring their quality and feasibility;
  • You will ensure the effective operation of information systems, performance, stability, and smooth interoperability with other systems.

Requirements

  • You have a higher education, and education related to information technology or project management would be an advantage;
  • You have at least 1 year of experience in IT product (system) implementation/development projects;
  • You have analytical skills, good planning and organizational skills, excellent communication skills, and are able to work independently and in a team;
  • You are fluent in Lithuanian and English. Knowledge of other foreign languages is an advantage;
  • You have skills in using Jira and Confluence programs;
  • You are responsible, independent, proactive, diligent, communicative, positive, flexible, and want to improve.
