We are currently developing the next generation of Exactly V2 – a modern business management system that takes a much broader view of the traditional accounting program. This is a new stage in our product development, in which we pay close attention not only to technology, but also to how the system works in real business. We are inviting a consultant to join our friendly team of professionals who would contribute to the development of Exactly V2: delve into customer needs, advise on the use of the program, participate in the evaluation and testing of new functionality, and help ensure that the product being developed is practical and convenient for its users.
Your role in the team:
· You will consult with clients on issues related to the use of the program Namely V2 and help them solve situations that arise in their daily activities.
· You will analyze client questions and situations, clarify their needs, and help them find the most suitable solution.
· You will contribute to the development of new system functionalities - you will check and test newly developed solutions before they reach customers.
· You will evaluate the changes made by programmers and their suitability in solving the identified problems.
· You will analyze interrelated business processes and check whether the actions performed in one place of the program are correctly reflected in other parts of the system.
· You will cooperate with product developers, programmers, and other team members, helping to clarify and solve issues that arise during testing and program use.
· You will participate in creating and improving program usage scenarios and business process solutions.
· You will conduct training for new system users - both on accounting and other business management functions.

This is you if:
· You have good accounting knowledge (experience working with the program Namely - a distinct advantage);
· You have gained at least 2 years of experience working with an accounting program (accounting);
· You have a higher education in finance, management, IT or a similar field;
· You are well-versed in accounting software and understand how different actions and processes are related to each other;
· You are able to analyze information, understand causal relationships and see the entire business process chain, not just a separate program function;
· You are friends with technology - it is not necessary to be an IT specialist, but it is important not to be afraid of technology, to quickly understand new tools and to want to understand how they work;
· You sincerely love people and are able to explain complex things simply;
· You manage to calmly and constructively resolve conflict situations;
· You are independent, not afraid of responsibility and like to clarify issues to the end.
· You like working in a team.
