Currently, Newsec Baltics is looking for a new team member to join our team of commercial real estate and business valuers.
Main responsibilities
- Business valuation and consulting, working together with the team's valuers.
- Working with various Lithuanian and foreign business valuation projects.
- Collecting and systematizing information, market analysis.
- Preparing service presentation materials and presenting them to clients.
Main requirements
- 1-3 years of work experience in business valuation, accounting or finance.
- Higher or higher education in economics, finance or management.
- Duty, diligence and ambition, desire to grow in the profession.
- Good oral and written English skills.
- Valuation assistant / business valuation certificate valid in Lithuania (advantage).
- Real estate and / or movable property valuation certificate valid in Lithuania (advantage).
