RNDV Group carries out large-scale electrical installation projects in the energy, industrial and shipbuilding sectors in Europe. As the business grows, we are looking for a Business Unit Manager who will take the lead in developing the electrical installation business direction on ships - shaping the strategy, growing the business and taking responsibility for financial results and the team. This is a position for a manager who is able to see the whole business picture, make important decisions, mobilize the team and create long-term value for customers, ensuring sustainable and profitable business growth.

- To formulate and implement the business unit's strategy, ensuring long-term growth and competitiveness
- To assume full responsibility for the business unit's financial results, ensuring revenue growth, profitability and effective cost management
- To ensure a strong sales process, project portfolio development and the creation of long-term relationships with strategic customers
- To manage profitable and high-quality project implementation, managing project results, deadlines, resources and customer expectations
- To form a strong management team, develop talents and create a culture of responsibility, cooperation and high results
- To increase the efficiency of the business unit's operations, improving processes and ensuring efficient use of resources
- To identify and manage key business, commercial and project risks, making decisions that have a direct impact on the business result

TO BE SUCCESSFUL YOU WILL NEED:
- At least 5 years of managerial experience in managing a business direction, division or significant volume of activity
- Strategic thinking and the ability to make decisions based on data and business logic
- Successful experience in implementing business development and growth goals while working with strategic clients
- Understanding of the specifics of project business and project management principles
- Strong leadership skills in team building, developing managers and implementing organizational changes
- Good knowledge of English
