As we grow, we are looking for a Business Development Manager who will be responsible for attracting new B2B customers, developing partnerships and expanding the company in international markets.

Nature of work:
- You will search for and attract new customers;
- You will manage the entire sales process: from the first contact and delivery of services to negotiations and signing of the contract;
- You will develop new markets in Europe and expand the partner network;
- You will build and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships with customers;
- You will achieve sales goals and have a direct impact on the growth of the company.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of B2B sales or business development experience with tangible results;
- Good knowledge of English, both spoken and written (from B2 level);
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills and result orientation;
- Independence, initiative and ability to plan one's activities;
- Good computer skills and ability to quickly master new work tools.
Advantage:
- Experience in the transport or insurance sector;
- Additional foreign languages (Polish, German, Russian, Italian or others).
