What are you going to do:
- You will communicate sincerely with clients and take care of their comfort and pleasant experience;
- You will register patients, coordinate visits and ensure the smooth operation of the clinic;
- You will provide information about the clinic's services, products and animal care;
- You will work with the cash register, issue invoices;
- You will contribute to a cozy, tidy and clean clinic environment;
- You will perform other administrative tasks that help the team work efficiently.
What do we expect from you:
- Successful administrative or customer service experience;
- Excellent communication skills and empathy;
- Responsibility, diligence and initiative;
- Computer literacy;
- Veterinary education or knowledge of animal care is an advantage;
- Willingness to learn and improve.
