Carrier Development Manager

Active search for new transport partners and expansion of the cooperation network;

Maintaining contacts with existing carriers, strengthening relationships and developing new cooperation opportunities;

Conducting negotiations on transportation prices and cooperation terms, achieving mutually beneficial agreements;

Evaluation of received carrier offers and selection of the most optimal transportation solutions;

Analysis of changes in the transport market, identification of competitive offers and new business opportunities.

Strong communication and negotiation skills;

Ability to actively attract new partners and build long-term, mutually trusting relationships;

Independence, initiative and a responsible approach to the set goals;

Result-oriented and flexible when working in a rapidly changing environment;

Experience in the field of transport, logistics or sales would be a great advantage.
