Nature of work
- Organization and coordination of interior decoration works at objects in Vilnius;
- Planning and control of subcontractors' work;
- Coordination of ordering and supplying materials;
- Supervision of the quality of work and technological solutions;
- Drawing up work schedules and ensuring deadlines;
- Communication with customers, decision-making at the object;
- Organization of object deliveries and documentation management.
What are we hoping for
- 2 years of experience in interior decoration work organization/project management;
- Understanding of construction processes and technologies;
- Ability to make decisions quickly and take responsibility;
- Time management skills;
- Result and quality orientation;
- Category B driver's license.
