In this position, you will be responsible for:
- formation of internal audit policy and preparation and implementation of internal audit activity strategy, ensuring effective and high-quality activities of the Internal Audit Service;
- organization of work of the Internal Audit Service, team formation, development and motivation;
- improvement of internal audit activity processes and internal audit methodology, taking into account the Global Internal Audit Standards and good practices of European national broadcasters;
- preparation and implementation of annual internal audit activity plans, based on independent risk assessment, together with the internal auditor;
- performance of internal audits, presentation of audit results and monitoring of progress;
- quality assurance of internal audit and consulting activities;
- assessment of the functioning of the internal control system and the effectiveness of risk management and provision of conclusions and proposals for increasing the effectiveness of activities;
- preparation and submission of periodic reports on the activities of the Internal Audit Service to the Council, the Committee and other interested parties in accordance with the requirements of legal acts;
- advising managers and employees on governance, risk management and internal control issues;
- proper implementation of the requirements of legal acts regulating internal audit activities.
We hope you will have:
- higher university education in economics, law, business, management, finance/accounting or public administration;
- at least 5 years of successful work experience in the field of audit or internal audit;
- good knowledge of internal audit standards and requirements and understanding of the principles of internal control and risk management;
- excellent knowledge of Lithuanian and English at level not lower than B2;
- initiative, communication skills, strategic and critical thinking;
- ability to clearly communicate and present work results;
- orientation towards results and audit value creation;
- impeccable reputation;
- cooperation, responsibility, professionalism and progress - values that are important to you.
It is an advantage if you have:
- managerial experience;
- work experience working with collegial management and/or supervisory bodies (boards, councils, etc.);
- internal auditor or international audit certificates.

Salary for this position: from 5,500 to 6,000 EUR/month (before taxes, depending on your experience and competencies) and annual bonuses depending on performance.
