The Internal Audit Department of Lithuanian Post invites applications for a fixed-term employment contract for an Internal Auditor:

Pending Responsibilities:

Provide assurance (internal audit) and consulting services to the Company in accordance with the Global Internal Auditing Standards and the Internal Audit Methodology;
Conduct scheduled and unscheduled internal audits, prepare clear, objective and accurate reports;
Identify operational risks, control weaknesses and provide recommendations to improve processes, internal control and operational efficiency;
Ensure proper and timely documentation of audit work, manage and store working papers and reports;
Prepare audit reports in a timely manner and discuss them with the audited units;
Consult with the heads of the Company's units on issues of improving management, risk management and control processes;
Ensure the security of confidential information and adhere to the principles of professional ethics.

We hope that:

Have a higher university education (in management, finance, economics, law or IT);
Have at least 2 years of work experience in internal or external audit, financial management, process management or IT;
Have a good understanding of the principles of internal control systems, risk management and process operation;
Know the most relevant internal audit standards, including the principles of ethics and professionalism, and have knowledge of audit procedures;
Have excellent command of MS Office suite programs;
Have excellent command of Lithuanian (written and spoken), good command of English;
Have a driver's license;
Be able to systematize and summarize information and prepare conclusions;
Be a result-oriented, proactive, responsible and cooperative person.
