Vilnius - UAB Urbo bankas

We will entrust you with the following responsibilities:

to conduct internal audits and internal audit-related activities in the Bank;
to identify areas for improvement in internal audit processes and provide recommendations and proposals for improving activities;
to prepare and participate in the preparation of internal legal acts in the field of activity of the department;
to advise the Bank's departments on issues of organization, improvement of internal control processes, risk management;
to act as secretary of the Bank's Audit Committee.

We need you if you:

you have a higher university education (law, management and administration, economics);
you have at least 2 years of work experience in the field of internal audit, internal control, risk management or compliance function. We would consider work experience in a financial institution as a great advantage;
you have a certificate confirming the qualification of an internal auditor (advantage);
you are familiar with the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania regulating internal audit and risk management,
you are familiar with the Global Internal Auditing Standards and are able to apply them in practice (advantage);
you have good command of English (written and spoken);
you have excellent analytical, critical thinking, communication, independent work and teamwork skills.

salary from 2500 to 3600 EUR (excluding taxes). A variable part of the remuneration is also possible, which is allocated based on work results;
