As Vilnelės Clinics grows, we are looking for a Head of Internal Medical Audit Department to contribute to the internal medical audit activities, documentation maintenance and process improvement at the clinic.
This is an independent, practical position in a growing organization, suitable for both an experienced internal medical audit manager and a motivated specialist who wants to grow in the field of quality and internal medical audit.

Nature of work
- Planning and conducting internal audits
- Analysis and management of adverse events, non-conformities and patient complaints
- Analysis of patient experience and providing suggestions for improving the quality of services
- Monitoring of legal acts regulating healthcare activities and their application in practice
- Development, maintenance and improvement of internal procedures, documentation and processes
- Close cooperation with the clinic management and medical team in improving quality and internal audit processes
We look forward to hearing from you
- Higher university degree (master's degree or equivalent) in the field of health sciences in the field of medicine, dentistry, public health, rehabilitation, pharmacy, nursing
- Internal medical audit training according to the requirements of the Ministry of Health or the desire to acquire it (we provide the opportunity to study)
- At least 2 years of work experience in the field of internal medical audit, quality management or healthcare administration
- Knowledge of the operational processes of healthcare institutions and medical documentation
- Ability to independently organize work, systematically solve problems and cooperate with different teams
