🌲What will you do in the team?
- I will plan, organize and control the activities of the department.
- I will participate in determining the quality policy, goals and indicators of the Company's healthcare services and in preparing documents related to quality assurance.
- I will prepare a description of the internal medical audit activities and organize the preparation of internal legal acts necessary for the activities of the Department.
- I will draw up an annual internal medical audit plan for the Company, conduct scheduled and unscheduled internal medical audits.
- I will draw up a detailed work plan for each audit, allocate powers and responsibilities to the members of the audit team and familiarize them with the plan.
- I will prepare audit reports with conclusions and proposals for the Company's head and the heads of the audited and interested departments, as well as an annual report on the activities of the internal medical audit.
- I will organize the registration of adverse events and non-conformities, analyze their causes, manage risks and propose preventive measures.
- Initiate the investigation of death cases, examine patient complaints within your competence and submit conclusions with proposals to the Company's CEO.
- Represent the Company in relations with quality control institutions and, if necessary, participate in investigations conducted by external auditors.
🌲What do we expect from you?
- Higher university education (master's degree or equivalent) in the field of health sciences: medicine, dentistry, public health, rehabilitation, pharmacy or nursing.
- Work experience in the field of healthcare.
- Completed at least 48 hours of internal medical audit courses according to the program coordinated with the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Lithuania and supporting documents.
