Internal Services Manager

have a higher education;
have 3+ years of experience in the field of organizing and managing internal services;
have 3+ years of managerial experience (leading a team, department or organizing, coordinating and controlling the activities of employees);
have excellent command of Lithuanian, and English - at least at the B2 level;
have experience in planning, standardizing and optimizing processes, analyzing service quality, planning the budget and controlling costs;
are familiar with the processes of managing material assets, providing employees with goods and services, and coordinating suppliers;
have experience in organizing the work of company-owned vehicles, transporting goods and passengers.

you will form and implement the direction of internal service management, ensure their quality, efficiency and compliance with the needs of the organization;
you will lead the team, set priorities, plan resources and mobilize the team to achieve agreed results;
you will ensure effective organization of employee provision with goods and services, material assets management, warehousing and transport activities;
you will evaluate internal service and material resource management processes, initiate their optimization, automation and changes that increase the quality of services and operational efficiency;
you will ensure the management of public procurement and contracts carried out in the area of responsibility of the unit and effective cooperation with service providers.
