We are looking for a creative and fast video editor who lives with social media content and understands what is “driving” on Instagram and Facebook today.
If you automatically analyze hooks, retention, trends while scrolling and know why some videos get millions of views and others don’t, we really want to get to know you.

Edit UGC, influencer and product videos for social networks.
Create dynamic, attention-grabbing videos with strong hooks.
Adapt editing according to platforms: Instagram, Facebook Ads.
Search and apply new social media trends, effects, pacing.
Work with subtitles, sound design, transitions and retention principles.
Contribute ideas on how to improve video performance.
Edit product presentation videos, highlighting product features, benefits and usage situations.
Create unpacking / unboxing type videos that look natural, aesthetic and engaging.
Edit instructional videos that clearly show how to use a product or service.
Create dynamic, attention-grabbing videos with strong hooks.

Knowledge of working with: Adobe Premiere Pro / CapCut / Final Cut or other programs.
