- Development and implementation of the company's internal communication strategy, linking it to the organization's strategic goals and operational excellence direction;
- Planning and implementing communications that accompany the organization's operational excellence change - helping employees understand not only what is changing, but also why, what their role is and how the change should be reflected in everyday work;
- Strengthening managers' communication, helping them clearly communicate the organization's direction, priorities and changes and involve their teams;
- Strengthening communication and cooperation between departments, helping to create a common understanding of the organization's goals and processes;
- Development and implementation of communication initiatives that strengthen the organization's culture, employee engagement and the principles of continuous improvement;
- Administration and development of the company's intranet, management of other internal communication channels and creation of relevant content for employees;
- Communication planning and implementation of internal events and employee engagement initiatives;
- Evaluation of the effectiveness of internal communication and its continuous improvement.
We hope you
- You have at least 4 years of communication experience, including internal and change communication;
- You have experience in independently shaping the direction of internal communication and implementing it;
- You are able to be a communication partner for managers - to delve into the challenges of the organization, consult, argue your recommendations and turn complex issues into clear communication;
- You understand how communication can help strengthen organizational culture, employee engagement and collaboration;
- You write excellently and are able to explain complex matters simply, clearly and in language understandable to different employee audiences;
- You have experience in administering and developing digital internal communication channels, especially the intranet;
- You have strong project management and organizational skills, you know how to manage different priorities, partners and deadlines;
- You are able to assess communication effectiveness, use employee feedback and data to improve communication;
- You are able to build a relationship based on trust with different people in the organization, hear different perspectives and focus on a common result;
- You are independent, curious, proactive, flexible and not only offer ideas, but also are able to turn them into results.
