We are inviting a strategically thinking and creative Internal Communication Partner to join our team, ready to strengthen the organization’s internal culture, consistently nurture it and grow together with the ambitiously expanding Lithuanian bank Artea.
Every day you will be #closer and:
Strategically:
- you will ensure that employees are involved in the life of the bank and feel part of it;
- you will strengthen the bank’s internal culture and values;
- you will contribute to the implementation of strategic changes and help to clearly communicate them within the organization;
- you will form the bank’s internal communication strategy and ensure its implementation.
Tactically:
- you will ensure that the bank's employees are constantly provided with relevant and timely information;
- you will prepare reports, newsletters, presentations and other content for employees;
- you will coordinate the bank's internal events;
- you will help managers formulate clear and inspiring messages for their teams;
- you will improve the bank's internal communication channels and tools.
To be #closer, you will need:
- Higher education;
- At least 5 years of experience in internal and/or external communication (experience in the financial sector would be an advantage);
- Excellent writing and content creation skills in Lithuanian;
- Experience in organizing events;
- Ability to manage information flows, plan work and set priorities;
- Awareness and responsibility – the ability to follow established rules, notice potential risks and contribute to the creation of a safe and transparent work environment;
- Creative thinking and the ability to present information in an attractive and understandable way.
