We invite an INTERNAL COMMUNICATION PROJECT MANAGER to join the People and Organizational Culture department team and discover not only a space to grow, but also a community that supports and inspires you to strive for more.

In this position, you will be responsible for:

  • Creation and implementation of internal communication projects and initiatives – from the formation of the need and idea to the project implementation, evaluation and improvement of results.
  • Management and coordination of internal communication projects – you will plan activities, mobilize LRT departments and partners, manage deadlines, resources and budget and ensure the achievement of agreed results.
  • Development of internal communication channels, tools and content – you will ensure clear, timely and relevant communication for different employee audiences and initiate new communication solutions.
  • Implementation of employee engagement and initiatives strengthening organizational culture – you will create and coordinate internal events, information campaigns, meetings and other projects for employees.
  • Analysis of internal communication and employee engagement data and impact assessment – you will monitor project results, analyze employee feedback and, based on insights, initiate improvement solutions.
  • Cooperation with LRT managers and departments on internal communication issues - you will consult, mobilize stakeholders and contribute to organizational changes and strengthening the employer's image.

We hope you will have:

  • Higher education (advantage in the field of public relations, communication);
  • At least 2 years of experience in the field of internal communication - experience in a large or complex organization would be an advantage.
  • Good knowledge of internal communication principles and the ability to apply them in practice, taking into account different organizational needs.
  • Interest in good communication practices, the ability to find and adapt individual solutions for different audiences and situations.
  • Excellent skills in creating texts and visualizing information, creativity and the ability to quickly respond to changing needs and situations.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office programs, especially when working with SharePoint, PowerPoint and other tools necessary for everyday communication.
  • Excellent planning, organizing and project coordination skills, the ability to independently manage one's own activities and mobilize working groups for a common result.
  • Successful experience in organizing events and implementing communication projects - from idea and planning to implementation and evaluation of results.
  • Fluent communication in Lithuanian and ability to communicate in English.
  • Internal motivation, initiative and result orientation, ability to see not only the task being performed, but also the value being created for the organization.

Salary for this position: from 2300 to 2800 EUR/month (excluding taxes, depending on experience and competencies) + bonuses depending on performance.
