Nature of work:
- Administer and analyze feedback on long-distance drivers;
- Daily verbal and written communication with drivers regarding identified violations, operational issues and other relevant situations;
- Administer drivers' explanations regarding violations;
- Administer the company's internal communication channels;
- Analyze internal communication processes, provide suggestions for their improvement and coordinate the implementation of changes.
Requirements:
- Work experience in the logistics sector and understanding of transport business processes.
- Experience in organizing and coordinating internal company communication.
- Very good Russian and English language skills (verbal and written).
- Excellent communication skills.
- Responsibility, patience, attention to detail and the ability to make independent decisions.
