The company ensures the entire chain of activities - from seed sales to grain purchase.

We have been creating sustainable and competitive agriculture in Lithuania for 35 years.

We are currently strengthening the internal communication area and are inviting an Internal Communication Specialist to join us.

The main areas of responsibility would be:

  • Planning and implementation of internal communication in Lithuania and the Baltic countries (Latvia and Estonia).
  • Implementation of employee engagement initiatives, change management communication.
  • Organization of different types of internal communication, content development (intranet news, town-hall, online events, video content, internal podcasts, photo reports, etc.).
  • Cooperation with different departments to ensure consistent and timely internal communication.
  • Assistance in organizing internal employee events.
  • Assistance in implementing external communication work in the Baltic countries.

We hope you have

  • You have 2-4 years of experience in internal, organizational or change management communication.
  • You are able to convey complex information clearly and simply.
  • You have good writing skills in Lithuanian and English.
  • You are organized, proactive and able to work on several projects at the same time.
  • You are interested in employee engagement, change management and organizational culture.
  • You are able to create internal content in different formats - from text to simple video or visuals.
