In this position, you will be an important part of the team, responsible for planning and implementing employee engagement initiatives, internal events and communication projects. What will you do every day?
- Plan, coordinate and implement employee engagement initiatives and internal events.
- Organize regular monthly activities, celebrations, information campaigns and other initiatives for employees.
- Create and publish internal communication content on various communication channels.
- Contribute to the administration and development of internal communication platforms.
- Work closely with the Operations team and other departments to implement employee initiatives.
- Coordinate suppliers, logistics and communication related to internal events.
- Help communicate company news, projects and other important information to employees.
- Contribute to the development of new ideas that strengthen employee engagement and company culture.
