Join our team and contribute to the preparation of commercial proposals and tenders. In this position, you will work closely with the Sales and Operations teams, coordinate information gathering and ensure that accurate and competitive offers are provided to clients.
NATURE OF WORK:
- Preparation of commercial proposals and tenders.
- Calculating prices and filling in proposals based on the information provided.
- Collaborating with Sales and Operations teams to collect the necessary data.
- Ensuring the accuracy and timely submission of proposals.
- Providing feedback to internal teams after the submission of tenders and proposals.
- Working with Excel and other internal systems.
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:
- Good working skills with Microsoft Excel.
- Good knowledge of English.
- Diligence, attention to detail and consistency.
- Analytical thinking and ability to work with numbers.
- Ability to plan your work and meet deadlines.
- Good communication skills and ability to cooperate with different departments of the company.
- Experience in preparing commercial proposals, working with tenders or pricing is an advantage.
