Pending Responsibilities:
- Organize and coordinate sales to business clients;
- Implement the plans for the sale of services to business clients of the entire company group;
- Search for new business clients;
- Ensure and maintain long-term relationships with existing and new business clients and administer assigned existing business clients;
- Analyze the needs of business clients;
- Prepare and provide commercial offers and projects that meet the needs of business clients.
We hope that:
- You have completed secondary education; higher education or studies in the fields of business management, transport or logistics are an advantage;
- You have at least 1 year of experience in sales with business customers;
- You have good negotiation, communication and organizational skills, you are able to motivate a team. Product knowledge is an advantage;
- You are fluent in Lithuanian (we would consider knowledge of English and Russian an advantage);
- You have knowledge of MS Office programs;
- You are able to easily establish and maintain long-term relationships with customers;
- You have a category B driver's license;
- You are an independent, responsible person and have a positive attitude towards changes and are able to professionally represent the company.
