F&B Manager at AC Marriott Hotel

We are looking for an experienced and service-oriented Food and Beverage Manager to lead all F&B activities at the hotel. This is a unique opportunity to create and shape the restaurant and bar concept from scratch, build a strong team, and ensure an impeccable guest experience.

Ensure smooth operation of all food and beverage departments and the highest quality of service (breakfast, conference catering, a la carte menu, bar);
Develop, implement and maintain service standards characteristic of the AC Hotel by Marriott brand;
Lead the team "from the hall" - actively participate in service and ensure impeccable guest experience;
Cooperate with the head chef, ensuring harmonious work of the kitchen and service departments;
Select, train and motivate team members to achieve the highest quality and consistency of service;
Create work schedules and effectively plan employee shifts, managing labor costs;
Monitor and control expenses, forecast income, achieve financial goals;
Perform monthly inventory, maintain warehouse accounting and ensure correct product turnover;
Participate in seasonally updating the menu and beverage offerings, ensuring pricing and meeting guest expectations.

At least 5 years of managerial experience in the food and beverage sector (preferably in a hotel environment);
Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills;
In-depth knowledge of food and beverage operations management - cost control, menu planning, warehouse accounting;
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays;
Good knowledge of English (knowledge of other languages is an advantage);
Higher education in hotel management, business administration or a related field is an advantage, but not required.
