The four-star hotel "Hotel Vilnia", located in the heart of Vilnius's Old Town, is expanding its team and invites you to join the hospitality professionals! If you like to communicate, know how to create a cozy atmosphere and want to work in a dynamic environment - we are waiting for you in our team.
Your main responsibilities:
First impression: Pleasant and professional guest reception and departure (Check-in / Check-out).
Daily operations: Smooth payment management and invoicing.
Systematic work: Acceptance, administration and management of reservations in the hotel program.
Guest care: Prompt provision of information, assistance and sincere communication in resolving any issues.

We expect you to:
Have excellent communication skills, be polite and customer-oriented.
Be fluent in English (knowledge of other foreign languages is a great advantage).
Be responsible, punctual and able to work well both independently and in a team.
Be able to work a flexible schedule (shift work 4 on/4 off after 12 hours 7am-7pm, 7pm-7pm, including night hours and weekends).
