Hotel administrator 1 full-time, flexible schedule

Working with guests at the hotel reception.
Receiving guests, checking them in, checking them out, and making reservations.
The face that greets guests at the hotel.
Providing information by phone, e-mail, and in direct communication with guests.
Registering SPA procedures.
Working with various programs (we train).
Working with the Protel program (an advantage, but we train those who do not know).
Working at the cash register, making payments, issuing invoices.
Cooperation and communication with restaurant, hotel, SPA, cleaning and other employees.

Experience in Customer Service (experience in a hotel is considered an advantage).
Honesty, diligence, friendliness.
Attention to guest needs.
Communicative, responsible, prompt, helpful.
Easy and professional solution to complex situations.
Computer literacy.
Good English language skills.
The most important thing is high motivation and desire to work in a cool and youthful team.

7.50-13 €/hour gross
Remuneration is adjusted according to assumed responsibilities and performed work. Also, part of the salary depends on the reservations and sales of the performed procedures.
