- Greeting, checking in and out guests in a friendly manner
- Working with the hotel reservation system (Ericsoft would be an advantage)
- Accepting, making and maintaining reservations
- Issuing invoices and preparing reports
- Knowing hotel services and being able to offer them to the guest
- Effectively and quickly assisting the guest during their stay (resolving any problems, providing information, organizing additional services, etc.)
- Working on a rotating schedule, in shifts, day/night

- Love and are able to communicate, work effectively in a team
- Fluently speak and write Lithuanian and at least one foreign language (another language is an advantage)
- Computer literacy (Word, Excel, finding information on the Internet)
- Experience working with a hotel reservation system (Ericsoft is an advantage)
- Be characterized by quick reaction and are able to navigate in unusual situations
- Have the desire and goal to continue your career in the hotel industry and strive for new knowledge and a high level of guest service
