Nature of work
- welcoming, checking in and out of guests, ensuring their stay is smooth,
- working with the hotel reservation system (Opera is an advantage),
- invoicing and preparing reports,
- providing information, organizing additional services,
- working on a shift schedule (day and night shifts).
