Hotel administrator (job in Palanga)

Communication with hotel guests.
Accepting reservations by phone, e-mail and in case of guest inquiries on site.
Registering guests for procedures, drawing up a procedure plan.
Working with a computer and hotel software.
Making payments, handling documents.
Ensuring the quality of hotel services.

We are looking for two employees, one of whom would work on a rotating work schedule, long / short week.
The other would work on a long / short week work schedule and IF NECESSARY (during annual leave, illness) every fourth day.

Place of work - in Palanga. FREE TRANSPORT FROM KLAIPĖDA (PC MOLAS, PC AKROPOLIS).

Hotel administrator work experience (advantage).
Desire to work in customer service.
Knowledge of English and/or Russian languages.
Computer skills.
Learning how to operate a cash register.
Honesty, loyalty and communication.
