- Guest service by phone and e-mail: consulting, selling services and administering reservations.
- Working with the cash register, hotel management programs, administering payments and issuing invoices.
- Resolving guest requests and emerging situations, ensuring high service quality.
- Working on a rotating schedule, including night shifts.
