Nature of work

  • Pleasant guest service at the hotel reception.
  • Guest service by phone and e-mail: consulting, selling services and administering reservations.
  • Working with the cash register, hotel management programs, administering payments and issuing invoices.
  • Resolving guest requests and emerging situations, ensuring high service quality.
  • Working on a rotating schedule, including night shifts.
