HOTEL ADMINISTRATOR

Marijampolė | 4-star hotel | Shift work
A 4-star hotel in the center of Marijampolė invites a hotel administrator to join.
We are looking for a responsible, pleasant and independent person who would take care of the hotel guests and the smooth work of the reception during their shift.
The work takes place on a rotating schedule - day and night shifts.

• Welcoming, registering and checking out hotel guests (check-in / check-out).
• Providing information about the hotel, its services and Marijampolė to guests.
• Accepting, checking and administering reservations.
• Communicating with guests by phone, e-mail and directly.
• Accepting payments, working with the cash register, issuing invoices and controlling settlements.
• Working with hotel management and reservation systems.
• Solving guest requests, comments and daily non-standard situations.
• Presentation and offer of additional hotel services to guests.
• Ensuring an orderly reception and a representative guest reception environment.
• Transferring information about important events, guest requests and completed work to the next shift.
• During the night shift - performing the established daily closing, billing and other administrative procedures.
• Complying with the hotel's internal rules, guest safety and established service standards.
• Cooperation with room maintenance, restaurant, technical service and other hotel employees.

• Good knowledge of Lithuanian.
• English, allowing you to serve foreign guests freely.
• Knowledge of other foreign languages is an advantage.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Responsibility, honesty and attention to detail.
• Ability to make decisions independently within the limits of your competence.
• Ability to remain calm and professional in more complex situations.
• Ability to work with a computer and quickly understand the programs used.
• Readiness to work on a rotating schedule, including day, night, weekend and holiday shifts.

Experience in a hotel, reception or customer service would be an advantage, but we can train a motivated person.
The most important thing for us is reliability, responsibility, the ability to communicate with people and the desire to provide quality care to hotel guests.

7.55-8.55 €/hour gross
Salary, depending on experience and competencies.
Additional payment for work at night and in other cases provided for by law is paid additionally.
