You will need:
Welcome, check-in and check-out hotel guests
Work with the hotel reservation management system
Accept reservations and administer them
Write invoices and prepare reports
Know about additional hotel services and be able to offer them to the guest
Effectively and quickly assist the guest during the stay, by phone and e-mail
